HNTB Corporation
I-4 / SR 408 Interchange ($91 M)
“During the Western Beltway SR 429 construction (2004 to 2006), Hany ElBanna provided monthly CPM schedule updates and 2-week look-ahead updates at each of the Weekly Construction Meetings for each project. The roadway project included over 5 miles of limited access tollway with interchanges at US 192, Sinclair Road, and at I-4. The toll plaza project included a mainline plaza, twin gantries, and 6 ramp plazas with staggered openings corresponding to the roadway and ramp opening schedule of the Turnpike. Mr. ElBanna’s presentations were professional with detailed descriptions and presented in a format that was easy to understand and relate back to the current updated CPM schedule. The combined projects had approximately 20 plan revisions which were coordinated and integrated into the construction schedule and still achieved an opening to I-4 one week earlier than originally contracted. The Engineer’s staff was very pleased with the cooperative attitude and professional performance of Mr. ElBanna on the Western Beltway projects.”

"I worked with Hany on scheduling a $450M Design-Build under the time constraints of a bid proposal.  His ability to utilize the tools available in Primavera to: filter, rearrange and code the activities, allowed us to quickly find ways to tighten our belt and confidently submit our contract days with minimal contingency. "

Waterfront Multi-Use Development Center ($20 M)
“Catalyst Contractors provided timely and pleasant customer service and insight as they prepared a construction schedule for a complex commercial and residential mixed-use project that we were embarking on.  With very little direction, and very little regional knowledge of the project location, Catalyst Contractors created a detailed project specific budget that ensured we met our project deadlines and kept the project on track.”

P3 Advanced On Site Training for SFPUC
“Hany ElBanna with Catalyst Contractors carried out the training for 7 JMB employees on Primavera Project Planner over a two day course. This training was very beneficial to our employees; it covered all aspects of developing construction schedules from start to finish including monthly updates, time impact analysis, cost and resource loading and more. The training incorporated task work shops which allowed all students to get hands on training in Primavera Project Planner. Based on the training received here at JMB Construction I would highly recommend the training program to any company.”

“I just wanted to take a brief moment and look back at where we were and where we are going. Since Hany ElBanna was brought on board, this schedule is now receiving the attention to detail it requires, and this would have not been possible without your help.” In reference to the Tucson's Intelligence Operations & Coordination Center for the US Custom & Border Patrol.
“Thanks again for all your help.”

“I had the distinct pleasure of working with Mr. ElBanna from the beginning of 2004 through August 2005. Amongst other assignments, he was responsible for creating and maintaining detailed and summary schedules for a variety of ongoing projects being managed for Signature Flight Support Corporation – the world’s largest Fixed Base Operator. Mr. ElBanna created and maintained comprehensive and accurate schedules to help manage those projects.”

“Companies are never better than the people that drive them.  As Catalyst’s president, Hany ElBanna personally sets the tone, character, and quality standards by which his organization as a whole operates.  I personally know Hany to be an exceptionally-qualified Scheduling Practitioner, as evidenced by his achievement of “IQ Consultant” status.  Globally, less than 3% of all individual applicants achieve “ICS-Qualified (IQ) Consultant” status. This ranking is a testament to his knowledge, skill, and experience as a construction Scheduling Practitioner. We wish Hany and Catalyst much good fortune in the years ahead.”
