He has provided cost estimating, project controls and inspection services for numerous heavy civil and waste water treatment plant projects. Mr. Messiah earned his Masters Degree in Construction Project Management from the University of Maryland and is licensed as a professional engineer in the state of California. Mr. Messiah is in charge of our operations in San Francisco and the California Bay Area.

Mr. Brian Smith’s scheduling experience compliments him as a Primavera Software instructor teaching more than 1,000 students in his career.

Hazem ElBanna has over 19 years of construction field experience. Mr. ElBanna has successfully run the field operations of a variety of construction projects in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Egypt, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. Mr. ElBanna earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Masters Degree in Structural Design from Cairo University. He currently runs our overseas operations out of the United Arab Emirates.
