How We Do Business
Catalyst works hard to accommodate the unique needs of our clients. Although our processes are flexible, the most common steps used to establish a partnership with you are simply as follows:

1 ) Call us at

2 ) Send us the documents that define the scope of work (drawings, specifications and any other pertinent documents). |
|
3 ) Within one day of receiving the plans, we will review them and send you a two-page questionnaire about the project, which should not take more than 15 minutes for you to complete. |

4 ) We should have all the information that we need upon receipt of the questionnaire. Within a few hours, we will provide you with a quote, a completion date and a professional services agreement.
NOTE: The 100%-risk free quote to our customers is twofold. First, you do not pay anything until the schedule is completed.
Second, Se the price will never exceed this initial proposed amount unless modifications to the first draft surpass 10 hours of work, at
which whi time a proposal addendum will be necessary. However, if it takes Catalyst more man-hours than expected to develop a quality
first first draft, we absorb this cost.

5 ) Once Catalyst receives a signed copy of the professional services agreement via email or fax, we will immediately start performing the work. |

6 ) The first draft will be sent to you for review and followed up with a phone call to discuss any necessary adjustments to be incorporated into the final product. |
